Protesters Dressed In Their Sunday Best March In Oakland

A peaceful march for equality where supporters were asked to wear their Sunday Best Attires was attended by hundreds of people of all ethnicities in Oakland on June 6, 2020.
The goal of the march was to give a different image from other protests, some of them violent, that started nationwide following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, MN, who passed away while pleading with arresting officers that he couldn’t breathe as one of the officers was filmed while kneeling on his neck.
